Christian Feierabend takes over distribution law mandates with a focus on vertical distribution (commercial agents, authorized dealers, franchising), market entry, international sale of goods (in particular in the scope of application of the CISG), international distribution agreements, innovation protection (in particular intangible property rights and license agreements), commercial and corporate law, including company formations, spin-offs and structural measures relevant under corporate law.
Christian Feierabend has many years of experience in advising founders, start-ups and young companies. The support of founders and founding teams begins even before the actual founding of the company and prepares it efficiently. Typical topics here are usually the formation of a legal framework for the founding team as well as the structuring of the project with regard to key resources, property rights and the preparation for the later implementation of financing rounds. After the start-up, the focus shifts to aspects of company development and financing, for example through investor participation, sale of company shares, implementation of capital measures such as capital increases, exit planning and exit realization for founders, employee participation (ESOP, VSOP, etc.) and innovation protection in the company.
In addition to providing support from a legal perspective, Christian Feierabend is also available to suitable start-up projects as a coach within the framework of the pre-start-up coaching funding instrument of the State of Berlin.
