Today’s society is confronted with increasingly growing challenges in many regards. As a growing company with various international locations, we are aware of this responsibility. For this reason, we are actively involved and support regional and global projects that aim to invest in a sustainable future.

UN Global Compact

The UN Global Compact is the world’s largest and most important initiative for responsible and sustainable corporate governance. We are convinced of the goals of the UN Global Compact and are therefore happy to commit ourselves to aligning our entire corporate strategy with the initiative’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and incorporating them into our daily thinking and actions.

Together with over 23,400 companies and organizations from economy, civil society and politics, we are proud signatories of the UN Global Compact. This is how we want to live up to our responsibility in this world.

Impact Cologne

As a Cologne-based company, we are committed to supporting and actively shaping a sustainable Cologne economy. For this reason, we are a proud member of the Impact.Cologne network and look forward to exchanging ideas with like-minded players at numerous events on the topic of sustainability in Cologne.

Diversity charter

We firmly believe that the diversity of our society, shaped by globalization as well as demographic and social change, enriches our daily life and work in many different ways! We all benefit from recognizing, promoting and using this diversity in all its dimensions!

This is why the implementation of the Diversity Charter is so important to our company. Our aim is to create an environment for all employees at all times that is characterized by appreciation, trust and mutual respect.
