Prospectus liability
Prospectus liability refers to liability for the accuracy and completeness of prospectuses for investment products. In certain areas, such as property, shipping and life insurance funds, as well as funds in the renewable energy sector, there is an obligation to publish a prospectus.
A prospectus is defective if it conveys an inaccurate picture of the investment company. This can lead to claims for damages, which we will of course be happy to help you examine and enforce. In an individual consultation with one of our lawyers specialising in banking and capital market law, we can provide you with a competent answer to all legal questions in this context.
