Investment advisor liability
Investment advisors recommend and broker certain investment products to (private) investors. These are often very complex and are difficult for the average private investor to understand.
In some cases, later losses incurred on the investment are due to incorrect advice from the investment advisor. Investment advice errors can result, for example, from the disregard of duties of disclosure, protection and due diligence. As a result, investors may be entitled to substantial claims for damages.
We will be happy to assist you in examining and enforcing such claims. Please arrange an appointment with one of our lawyers specialising in banking and capital market law and let us advise you on any investment advice errors and the enforcement of any resulting claims for damages.
