Industrial property rights

Industrial property rights are the property rights of individual traders to intangible assets. As part of intellectual property law, industrial property rights include, for example, trade mark and patent law, as well as competition law and design and utility model law.

We advise our clients on all legal issues relating to the protection of intellectual property – both nationally and internationally. As part of this, our lawyers review, draft or design contracts, for example, help you register a trade mark or advise you on possible infringements of competition law by competitors.

After a consultation, we can address your individual interests in a targeted manner and find a solution that does justice to the individual case.
