Inheritance planning / will

It is advisable to start planning your estate at an early stage. There are many different ways to organise your inheritance and will. We will be happy to work with you to find the perfect solution for the distribution of your assets after your death.

A will is subject to certain legal rules regarding its form. It is possible to draw up either a handwritten will or a notarised will.

In addition to the traditional will, it is also possible to make a joint will with the spouse in the form of a Berlin will. In this case, the estate of the spouse who dies first is initially transferred to the estate of the longer-living spouse before it is distributed to the descendants after the death of the longer-living spouse. In detail, there are various structuring options and points to consider, which we will be happy to discuss with you in detail in a personal consultation.

As an alternative to a will, you should also consider an inheritance contract or a legacy – we can also provide you with the right contacts for this.
